The gemstone of motherhood
On top of symbolizing motherhood, Rainbow Moonstone is an incredibly beautiful gemstone with a unique play of colours. Its inner structure allows light to be thrown around in the gemstone in such a way that it creates rainbow-coloured reflections in the otherwise milky-white gemstone. Moonstone is part of the feldspar mineral group and is often extracted in Australia, India, Sri Lanka and The United States.

The My Precious Mom jewellery is made in 10-karat solid gold, which is certified Conflict-Free, and thus marked with our Gold Badge 417. 10-karat solid gold contains 41,7% pure gold while the remainder of the metal consists of binder metals such as silver. Pieces in 10-karat gold are solid jewellery without any surface treatment that can fade away over time. If they do darken over time, they can easily be polished but will retain their golden colour forever.
