All our silver jewellery is made of 925 sterling silver, which is naturally free of nickel and other allergenic substances.

Our gold-plated jewellery is plated with 18-karat gold, which is a very durable coating. Our rings have a gold plating of 2 microns, while all other gold-plated products have a gold plating of 1 micron.

We strive to deliver your product within 1-3 business days, and ship packages with GLS. If you order before 12:00 on a weekday, your package will be shipped the same day. You can expect a slightly longer delivery time during Black Friday.

Returns are easy via our return portal, and you can return the jewelry within 14 days from when you have received it. You can also return for free in our store.

Carré only uses genuine gemstones that can vary in color and expression from stone to stone, making each piece of Jewellery completely unique.
If you have a request for a specific color shade or shape of, for example, pearls, you can write it in the comments field with your order - we will do our best to accommodate your request.

When you check 'gift wrapping' in your cart, we include a beautiful gift bag that you can use to wrap your jewellery. If you want more than one gift wrapping per order, you must go to gift wrapping and add your desired quantity to the cart.

We offer a 14-day return period from the day you are to give the gift - just write the date the gift is to be given in the comment field in your cart - and we will gladly extend the return period.
