Products can be ordered by pressing the button ’’Buy’’ by the product description. Press ‘’Go to Shopping cart’’ to see the list over the products that you have added to the cart.
The products that are in the cart are not ordered until you have pressed the ‘’checkout’’ and your payment references have been approved through Nets.
There is first a binding agreement when you have received the order confirmation from Carré in the form of an email.
You have to accept Carrés terms of trade for each purchase. You are encouraged to read the terms thoroughly and make yourself aware of the obligations and rights which the terms provide you.
Payment and safety
All the prices are in EURO and include danish VAT (25%).
You can pay with MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, JCB and American Express.
The amount charged cannot be any larger than the amount that you approved at the purchase. When you pay with a payment-card, you are secured against misuse when you always have the opportunity to decline a payment when you receive your overview of payments. It is safe to purchase with your payment-card at Carré, because the payment progress goes through Nets.
Freight and delivery
We aspire to have a short delivery time period and the approximated delivery time is normally 3-5 weekdays. Longer periods can be expected, but will be explained in an email shortly after your order has been handled.
All packages are sent as parcel-post with UPS.
Sweden: PostNord MyPack Home – 10 euro & free delivery for purchases over 135€.
Europe: Delivery with UPS Saver – 15€.
Outside Europe: Delivery with UPS Saver – 20€.
If the good against expectation is not in stock, we will send you an email the day after concerning your order.
With UPS you can trace and track your order online step-by-step. When the order is sent you will receive a confirmation by email where the tracking number is included. The parcel can then be traced through the website under the ‘’track and trace’’.
At Carré we only wish for happy and satisfied customers and you can contact us if there are problems with the products which you have purchased. You can contact us on the phone at +45 33 15 18 88 (weekdays 9 AM - 4 PM). Carré has a 14 day window to return the goods on all products bought online from the day that you have received the products.
If you regret the purchase, the products have to be returned to the return address in the original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.
When returning we kindly ask you to include a copy of the original receipt as documentation for the purchase. We also ask you to fill out the returning form with the information such as the registration and account number for a bank transfer.
If the requirements above are not met, then Carré reserves the right to send the products back to the buyer.
When the products have been returned and approved, the price at which the product was purchased will be refunded into your account within a few days. You, yourself will have to cover the cost of sending the product return.
Always save the receipt as documentation for that the product was sent back to us.

Under the law of purchase you have 24 months of warranty.
This means, that you can either get the product fixed, exchanged, money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the situation.
There is of course the condition that warranty is justified, and that the fault is not a product of misuse of the product or other damage causing behaviour.
It has to be warranted in a timely matter after you have noticed the fault with the product.
We will refund to appropriate delivery fees which you have paid in correlation to the returning of the product if the warranty is justified. To get the refund, you must send us the original postal-receipt.
When you return the product, we kindly ask you to state where the fault is and the date of purchase, documented with the receipt or the original certificate which came with the purchase. Please note that we do not accept parcels sent by COD.
Remember to always send the product back in protective packaging, and always get a receipt for the sending as documentation.
If the product is visibly damaged under the shipment, you should decline the product when you have received it.
