Yes. You can use your gift card purchased online and in the stores online. If you have received a gift card purchased in one of our stores that you would like to use online, you must enter the code on the receipt at checkout.

You will automatically receive an email from us when we dispatch your package. Subsequently, you will receive an email from UPS when they scan the package. Please be aware that it may take up to 24 hours before you receive the tracking information from UPS.

SILVER: Our silver jewellery is made in 925 sterling silver, where newer jewellery is made in eco-sterling silver, which consists of recycled silver.

GOLD-PLATED: Our gold-plated jewellery is made in 925 sterling silver or eco-sterling silver, and is plated with an 18-karat gold plating. Our rings' gold plating is 2 microns, while all other gold-plated products are 1 micron.

9 & 10 KARAT GOLD: Our jewellery in real gold is made in 9 or 10 karat gold, which consists of respectively minimum 37.5% and 41.7% pure gold. You can learn more about our gold here.

If you have a Carré jewellery that is broken, please fill out this form to request a repair, or drop off the jewellery at one of our stores. We will examine the jewellery, assess the damage, and contact you with a possible price and processing time.

Yes, you can have your Carré jewellery re-gilded. Please bring your jewellery to one of our stores, which will provide information about the price and processing time for the gilding. You can also contact us to get a price for the re-gilding, and we will arrange the shipping together.

As a rule, our sold-out items will be back in stock or can be found in one of our stores. Items in the Archive usually do not return to stock. You can inquire about the stock status of a specific item by contacting customer service at tel. 33151888 or email carre@carre.dk. Always provide the item number or a link to the product.

Yes! Just choose gift wrap at checkout (8 dkk). If there are more gifts in your order, click on the gift wrap in the cart and add more to the cart. We include a gift bag and to-and-from card.

You can exchange a piece of jewellery that has been bought online by visiting one of our stores with the piece of jewellery and the exchange slip that came with the package. Here you can exchange for another piece of jewellery or size or you can get a credit certificate. You can also exchange by sending the jewellery back together with the completed return slip.
We will exchange for the jewellery or size you have written on the return slip and send the new jewellery to you as soon as possible. We are unable to issue a credit certificate online.

We strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible and preferably the next business day after the order. Packages are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods such as Christmas or sales, longer delivery times may occur. If the jewelry you ordered turns out to be sold out, you will be contacted as soon as possible by customer service.

If you order before 12:00 on a weekday (not public holidays or weekends), your order will be shipped the same day.
