TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When you have placed an order on carre.dk, you will automatically receive an e-mail showing which items you have ordered. This e-mail is only an electronic receipt that we have received your order, and at this point no legally binding agreement has been made between you and Carre.dk.

A legally binding agreement between you and carre.dk is only concluded when you receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Until you receive an order confirmation, carre.dk is entitled to cancel your order wholly or partially, e.g. due to price and text errors or sold-out items, and if this happens, you will of course be notified by e-mail.

PRICES

The prices on carre.dk are stated including 25% Danish VAT and taxes. The prices on carre.dk for delivery in EU countries include 25% VAT and taxes. Customers residing outside the EU, in Greenland and the Faroe Islands do not have to pay Danish VAT and carre.dk will deduct 20% of the price upon order and payment completion. carre.dk is not responsible for any local customs and taxes on our products.
In sales or discounted items, it may occur that only the current size, length, width or colour is discounted, and if you subsequently wish to exchange the item, the price of the new size, length, width or colour will apply.

PAYMENT

We accept payment with Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron. All payments are processed through Nets.

Only when your order has been processed and shipped will your payment be charged on your chosen payment service. An amount greater than what you have approved can never be charged.

To protect you and our other customers from fraud and maintain a high level of security, we may conduct verification checks. The verification check may include the data you provide when placing your order.

When paying with international payment cards, such as Visa/Dankort, Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, etc., the amount is reserved on your account until the payment is captured. No amount is reserved on Dankort. The reservation is released if you cancel your purchase before the item is shipped. Carre.dk only charges your account when we send the items. carre.dk can never charge more than you have approved at purchase, but we can charge less. If there are insufficient funds on the card when we have your items ready for shipment and thus charge the payment, the items will be stopped by the carrier and returned. Our customer service will contact you to find a solution to the problem.

The Anyday payment option is available for purchases of 300,- DKK or more. When you choose to pay with Anyday, we charge the first payment when your item is shipped. Subsequently, you will pay a monthly installment on the last business day of each month. The number of monthly installments starts from four months and may vary depending on your chosen payment plan. The size of each installment is determined by your order's total amount, your chosen flex installment, and the specific payment plan you have selected. Remember, if you pay all installments on time, no interest or fees will be charged. If you return your purchase, your agreement with Anyday will automatically be canceled. Further details and terms of use for Anyday can be found here: https://da.anyday.io/terms-conditions/shopper
