*Please note that the delivery prices are calculated via Danish Krone (DKK) currency in real time. Delivery prices may vary depending on the currency rate.
If the item you ordered is -against expectation - not in stock, we will send you an email the day after concerning your order, and how the issue may be resolved.
With UPS you can track and trace your order online step-by-step. When the order is sent you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. The parcel can then be traced through the website under ‘’track and trace’’.

Return
WE ALWAYS OFFER A 14-DAY RETURN RIGHT
Return or exchange the item within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.
RETURN FREE OF CHARGE AT YOUR CARRÉ STORE
You can return or exchange items purchased online for free at your nearest Carré store. REMEMBER to fill in your return slip before handing the return over to the store.
Once we have processed your return, we will transfer the amount back to the card used for the purchase. It can take up to 14 days before you receive the amount back.
We cannot refund directly in the store.
RETURN BY POST
Fill in your return slip and pack it together with the jewellery in the original packaging.
Send the package by delivery - we recommend GLS, UPS or POSTNORD.
We cannot receive packages delivered outside our opening hours on weekdays 8 and 18. We do not pick up parcels sent to parcel shops.
Gifts & extended return
WE EXTEND YOUR RIGHT OF RETURN WHEN PURCHASING GIFTS
Note in the comments field when checking out which date the gift must be given. We ensure that the gift can be exchanged for 14 days from the specified date.
Note that the exchange period for sale jewellery cannot be extended.
Carré jewellery is always packed in a nice jewellery box. If you indicate that the jewellery is a gift, a gift bag and to-and-from card are also included.
Exchange
EXCHANGE FREE OF DELIVERY IN YOUR CARRÉ STORE
You can both return and exchange items purchased online in your nearest Carré store. Remember to fill in the attached return slip.
EXCHANGE BY POST
You pay for the shipping yourself when you send the jewelry back. Follow the guide on your return slip and indicate the piece of jewellery you wish to exchange. We will send the piece of jewellery you wish to exchange free of charge once we have processed your return.
SHIPPING WORLDWIDE
All orders within Denmark are dispatched from Carré Jewellery via GLS. Orders to the EU or outside the EU are sent with UPS or DHL. Carré Jewellery tries to ship your order as quickly as possible once payment has been confirmed. Standard delivery time is 2–10 working days. While we do everything in our power to ensure
on-time dispatch and delivery, Carré Jewellery cannot be held responsible for delays or loss of orders due to circumstances beyond our control. If you have any questions about shipping, please email us at carre@carre.dk
DUTIES & TAXES
Please be aware that all international shipments may be subject to additional duties and taxes, which are your responsibility. For destinations outside the EU, local fees such as customs duties and/or VAT will apply. We recommend contacting your local customs office for details. Carré Jewellery is not responsible for any customs charges; if a package is returned to us due to unpaid fees, these charges will be deducted from your refund. Duties and taxes are not refundable by Carré Jewellery.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY TO THE UNITED KINGDOM
Due to UK legislation, we can currently only accept orders to the UK with a total value exceeding £135. Orders under £135 cannot be processed and will trigger an address-entry error. Our prices do not include UK VAT or import duties, and Carré Jewellery does not cover any import fees. All UK deliveries are subject to customs declaration, and you are responsible for any taxes, duties or fees incurred. Please also note that shipping costs, duties and any related fees for cancelled or refused parcels will be deducted from your refund.
DUTIES & TAXES – NORWAY
Orders with a total value (excluding shipping) up to NOK 3,000 will not incur additional Norwegian VAT on entry. Orders exceeding NOK 3,000 will require you to pay the applicable VAT upon import into Norway.
TRACKING YOUR PARCEL
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link that directs you to the carrier’s portal. Please note that customs charges and sales taxes are not refundable by Carré Jewellery.
LOST PARCELS
If your items have not arrived within 14 days of the dispatch confirmation email, please notify us by contacting carre@carre.dk and we will investigate. Carré Jewellery cannot be held liable for parcels lost or not delivered after this 14-day period.
