Delivery with Postnord to your chosen parcel shop costs 39 DKK.

Delivery with Postnord to your chosen home address costs 49 DKK.

WE ALWAYS OFFER 14 DAYS RETURN POLICY

Return or exchange the item within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.

RETURN FREE OF CHARGE IN YOUR CARRÉ STORE

You can return or exchange items purchased online for free at your nearest Carré store. Remember to bring your purchase receipt (physical or order confirmation by email).

Once we have processed your return, we will transfer the amount back to the card used for the purchase. It may take up to 14 days before you receive the refund.

We cannot refund directly in the store.

GERMANY AND INTERNATIONAL

For returns in Germany, the EU, and international shipments, you must fill out the packing slip that came with your package and send the items back in their original packaging.

You are responsible for the cost of the return. We recommend that you send the package back with UPS.

Gifts & extended returns

WE EXTEND YOUR RETURN POLICY WHEN PURCHASING GIFTS

Note in the comment field at checkout the date the gift should be given. We ensure that the gift can be exchanged within 14 days from the specified date.

Please note that the exchange period for sale jewellery cannot be extended.

Carré jewellery is always packed in a nice jewellery box. If you indicate that the jewellery is a gift, a gift bag and a to-and-from card are also included.

Exchange

EXCHANGE FREE OF CHARGE IN YOUR CARRÉ STORE

You can both return and exchange items purchased online in your nearest Carré store. Remember to fill out the enclosed return form.

EXCHANGE BY MAIL

You pay for the shipping when you send the jewellery back. Follow the guide on our return portal for DK and SE - for international exchanges, please contact carre@carre.dk.

We ship the jewellery you want to exchange free of charge once we have processed your return.

Special terms for international orders:


SHIPPING WORLDWIDE

All orders within Denmark are dispatched from Carré Jewellery via GLS. Orders to the EU or outside the EU are sent with UPS or DHL. Carré Jewellery tries to ship your order as quickly as possible once payment has been confirmed. Standard delivery time is 2–10 working days. While we do everything in our power to ensure
on-time dispatch and delivery, Carré Jewellery cannot be held responsible for delays or loss of orders due to circumstances beyond our control. If you have any questions about shipping, please email us at carre@carre.dk

DUTIES & TAXES

Please be aware that all international shipments may be subject to additional duties and taxes, which are your responsibility. For destinations outside the EU, local fees such as customs duties and/or VAT will apply. We recommend contacting your local customs office for details. Carré Jewellery is not responsible for any customs charges; if a package is returned to us due to unpaid fees, these charges will be deducted from your refund. Duties and taxes are not refundable by Carré Jewellery.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TO THE UNITED KINGDOM

Due to UK legislation, we can currently only accept orders to the UK with a total value exceeding £135. Orders under £135 cannot be processed and will trigger an address-entry error. Our prices do not include UK VAT or import duties, and Carré Jewellery does not cover any import fees. All UK deliveries are subject to customs declaration, and you are responsible for any taxes, duties or fees incurred. Please also note that shipping costs, duties and any related fees for cancelled or refused parcels will be deducted from your refund.

DUTIES & TAXES – NORWAY

Orders with a total value (excluding shipping) up to NOK 3,000 will not incur additional Norwegian VAT on entry. Orders exceeding NOK 3,000 will require you to pay the applicable VAT upon import into Norway.

TRACKING YOUR PARCEL

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link that directs you to the carrier’s portal. Please note that customs charges and sales taxes are not refundable by Carré Jewellery.

LOST PARCELS

If your items have not arrived within 14 days of the dispatch confirmation email, please notify us by contacting carre@carre.dk and we will investigate. Carré Jewellery cannot be held liable for parcels lost or not delivered after this 14-day period.
