All our silver jewellery is made from 925 sterling silver, which is naturally free of nickel and other allergenic substances.

Our gold-plated jewellery is coated with 18-carat gold, which is a very durable coating. Our rings have a gold plating of 2 microns, while all other gold-plated products, including bracelets, have a plating of 1 micron.

We strive to deliver your jewellery within 1-3 business days and ship packages with GLS. If you order before 12:00 on a weekday, your package will be shipped the same day.

You can expect longer shipping times during sales.

Returns are easy via our return portal, and you can return the jewellery within 14 days of receiving it. You can also return it for free in our store.

Carré only uses genuine gemstones for each piece of jewellery, which can vary in colour and expression from stone to stone, making them completely unique.

If you have a wish for a specific colour shade or shape, for example with pearls, you can write it in the comment field with your order - and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

You will always receive a beautiful jewellery box when you buy online at Carré. If you order many pieces of jewellery during a sale, we can pack several pieces of jewellery in the same box. If you want a box for each piece of jewellery, please contact our customer service.

When you check 'gift wrapping' in your cart, we include a beautiful gift bag and to and from card that you can use to wrap your jewellery as a gift. If you want more than one gift wrapping per order, please go to gift wrapping and add your desired quantity to the cart.

We offer a 14-day return policy from the day you are to give the gift – just write the date the gift is to be given in the comment field in your cart – and we will gladly extend the return period.
