RIGHT OF EXCHANGE AND WITHDRAWAL
Carré wants happy and satisfied customers and can only encourage you to contact customer service by email carre@carre.dk or telephone 33 15 18 88, if you experience problems with the goods you have purchased.
Carré offers a 14-day full right of return on all goods purchased online from the day you receive the goods.
How do I do it?
If you wish to return, simply fill in the return slip that came with your piece of jewellery and return the item together with the invoice to Carré Jewellery no later than 14 days after the delivery date.
When you return something bought from carre.dk, please always return the original box, trademark tags, certificates and warranty certificates with it. It is important for the value of our goods that everything received in the shipment comes back in the same condition, if you want to be sure of being able to get the full amount back.
Once the item has been returned and approved, the purchase price will be refunded. We deposit the money on the payment card used for the purchase when we have received and checked the item.
If you use Mastercard as payment, you must be aware that even if you regret it, the money can be blocked on your account for up to 30 days. If you are in doubt, please contact our customer service by email: carre@carre.dk or by phone: 33151888
If you have used the item, beyond what is necessary to ascertain the size and characteristics of the item, we reserve the right, after a specific assessment in each case, to reduce the refund or to waive the refund entirely.
What about shipping?
You are responsible for the cost and responsibility for the return. As a customer, you are responsible for the shipping costs and risk from your home to Carré.
Always remember to send the item back in proper packaging. We recommend that you send your goods back in a way where you get a receipt that we have received your package. Please note – we do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery or other.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION AND RETURN
When you shop at carre.dk, you have a 14-day right of return from when you receive the item. The item must be returned in the same condition, and preferably in the same original packaging, as on receipt. However, it is not a requirement that you return the item in the original packaging. The invoice must be attached. Once the item has been returned and approved, your costs will be refunded to your account within a few days. We do not accept items that are sent back per cash on delivery.
Extended right of return on gifts: If you need a gift, but only have to give it at a later date, it is possible to extend the right of return. Note in the comment field when checking out which date the gift is to be given. We ensure that the gift can be exchanged for 14 days from the specified date.
Did you forget this step during check out? No later than 14 days after your purchase, you can send an e-mail to carre@carre.dk, with your invoice number and the date you must give the gift. You will then receive a confirmation of the date extension per e-mail. Please note that the exchange period for sale jewellery cannot be extended
Carré jewellery is always packed in a nice jewellery box. If you specify that the jewellery is a gift, a gift bag and access card are also included.

No right of withdrawal
These agreements cannot be cancelled:
- Delivery of goods that have been manufactured to your specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch.
Free gift subject to purchase
It may happen that we run campaigns where you can receive a gift subject to a minimum purchase. If you want to return something from your order so that the amount falls below the minimum amount required to receive the gift, then the gift must also be sent back. If the gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the gift from the return amount due.
Offer to exchange & return in our stores
You can return or exchange items purchased online for free in one of our two Carré brand stores within the exchange period of 14 days after receiving the item.
Once we have processed your return, we transfer the amount back to the card used for the purchase. It can take up to 14 days before you receive the amount back. We can NOT make the refund for your online purchase directly in the store.

COMPLAINT
When you shop at www.carre.dk, you of course have 24 months right of complaint. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. This of course requires that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.
Advertisements must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the product.
We will refund reasonable shipping costs that you may incur in connection with returning the item when the complaint is justified.
When you return the item, please state what the fault is and the time of purchase, documented with a receipt. Please note – we do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery or the like.
If you wish to advertise a product, it must be submitted to us at our address above.
