All our silver jewellery is made of 925 sterling silver, which is naturally free of nickel and other allergenic substances.

Our gold-plated jewellery is coated with 18-karat gold, which is a very durable coating. Our rings have a gold plating of 2 microns, while all other gold-plated products have 1 micron.

Our gold is made of 9, 10, or 18-karat gold, which naturally retains its beautiful, golden colour. Learn more about our real gold here.

We strive to deliver your product within 1-3 business days and ship packages with GLS. If you order before 12:00 PM on a weekday, your package will be shipped the same day.

Returns are easy through our return portal, and you can return the jewelry within 14 days of receiving it. You can also return it for free in our store.

With the right care, your Carré jewellery can last for many years to come. We recommend that you take off your jewellery when you sleep, shower, exercise, or perform physical manual work - this way you avoid knocks that can scratch the stones, and you prevent your jewellery from catching on something and breaking.

Carré only uses genuine gemstones, which can vary in colour and expression from stone to stone, making each piece of jewellery completely unique.
If you have a wish for a specific colour shade or shape, for example of pearls, you can write it in the comment field with your order - we will do our best to accommodate your request.

You always receive a beautiful jewellery box when you order online and in our store.

When you check 'gift wrapping' in your cart, we include a beautiful gift bag and to and from cards that you can use to wrap your jewellery. If you want more than one gift wrapping per order, please visit gift wrapping and add your desired quantity to the cart.

We offer a 14-day return period from the day you are to give the gift – just write the date the gift is to be given in the comment field in your cart – and we will gladly extend the return period.

You can put your gold plated or silver Carré charms on all gold plated and silver hoops without gemstones - note that the style 'Fishbone Big hoop' in gold plated and silver is an exception, as the hoop is thicker.

You can also put your Carré charms on other hoops, as long as they measure 2 mm or less in thickness.
