All our silver jewellery is made from 925 sterling silver, which is naturally free from nickel and other allergenic substances.

Our gold-plated jewellery is made from 925 sterling silver, plated with 18-carat gold, which is a very durable coating. Our rings have a gold plating of 2 microns, while all other gold-plated products have 1 micron.

Our gold is made from 9, 10, or 18-carat gold, which naturally retains its beautiful, golden colour. Learn more about our real gold here.

We strive to deliver your product within 1-3 business days and ship packages with GLS. If you order before 12:00 PM on a weekday, your package will be shipped the same day. Please expect slightly longer delivery times during sales and Danish public holidays.

Returns are easy through our return portal, and you can return the jewelry within 14 days of receiving it. You can also return it for free in our store.

Carré only uses genuine gemstones, which can vary in colour and expression from stone to stone, making each piece of jewellery completely unique.

If you have a preference for a specific colour shade or shape, for example pearls or other gemstones, you can write it in the comment field with your order – and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

When you order jewellery from Carré, you will always receive a beautiful jewellery box to store your jewellery in.

When you check 'gift wrapping' in your cart, we include a beautiful gift bag that you can use to wrap your jewellery. If you want more than one gift wrapping per order, please visit gift wrapping and add your desired quantity to the cart.

We offer a 14-day return period from the day you plan to give the gift – just write the date the gift will be given in the comment field in your cart – and we will gladly extend the return period.
