All our silver jewellery is made of 925 sterling silver, which is naturally free of nickel and other allergenic substances.

Our gold-plated jewellery is plated with 18-karat gold, which is a very durable coating. Our rings have a gold plating of 2 microns, while all other gold plated products have a gold plating of 1 micron.

Our gold is made in 9, 10 or 18 karat gold, which naturally retains its beautiful golden colour. Learn more about our real gold here .

We strive to deliver your product within 2-10 business days, depending on where you're ordering from and send packages with UPS. If you order before 12:00 on a business day, your package will be sent the same day.

Returns are easy - just follow the guide on your packing slip - and you can return the jewellery within 14 days of receiving it. You can also return it for free in our store.

Carré only uses genuine gemstones that can vary in colour and expression from stone to stone, making each piece of jewellery completely unique.

If you have a request for a specific colour shade or shape of, for example, pearls, you can write it in the comments field with your order - we will do our best to accommodate your request.

When you check 'gift wrapping' in your cart, we will include a beautiful gift bag and a card that you can use to wrap your jewellery. If you want more than one gift wrap per order, go to gift wrapping and add your desired quantity to the cart.

We offer 14-day returns from the day you are supposed to give the gift - just write the date the gift is to be given in the comments field in your cart - and we will be happy to extend the right of return.
