All our silver jewellery is made of 925 sterling silver, which is naturally free of nickel and other allergenic substances.

Our gold-plated jewellery is plated with 18-karat gold, which is a very durable coating. Our rings have a gold plating of 2 microns, while all other gold plated products have a gold plating of 1 micron.

Our gold is made in 9, 10 or 18 karat gold, which naturally retains its beautiful golden colour. Learn more about our real gold here.

We strive to deliver your product within 2-10 business days, depending on where you're ordering from and send packages with UPS. If you order before 12:00 on a business day, your package will be sent the same day.

Returns are easy - just follow the guide on your packing slip - and you can return the jewellery within 14 days of receiving it. You can also return it for free in our store.

You can design your own earrings with hoops and charms - just choose your favorite Carré hoop in gold-plated silver, sterling silver or in 10-karat gold, and choose charms with real gemstones. You can learn more about our hoops and charms right here .
